Description
Gilbern Genie and Invader MK1 and MK2.
Founded in 1959 by Giles Smith and Bernard Friese, Gilbern was one of the few Welsh car makers. Unveiled at the London Motor Show in 1966, the Genie had a 2.5- or 3-litre Ford Essex V6. The Invader, launched in July 1969, was based on it, with an improved chassis and larger brakes. The MK2 arrived in October 1971, and an estate version was also produced from 1970.
New stainless steel bumpers for the Gilbern Genie and Invader MK1 and MK2. The set comprises 1 front bumper, 1 rear bumper in 3 parts and 4 overriders with rubbers.
All our bumpers are inspected, then hand-finished in our workshop in Beaumontois en Périgord, in the Dordogne.

All our bumpers are trial-fitted, then given an exclusive hand finish in our Dordogne workshop.
The result is unrivalled quality. Before dispatch, each one is dressed with a file so that no cutting marks or sharp edges remain, then smoothed with fine sandpaper.
