TRANSPORTING YOUR PACKAGE

Preparation time

Your bumpers are generally shipped within 4 to 5 days of receiving your payment. This timeframe allows for meticulous finishing and preparation in our workshop. Please note: this timeframe may be longer depending on the season or after a classic car show. For a more precise delivery estimate, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Standard shipping method

We ship by default via our carrier, with insurance covering €32 per kilo. If you would like hand delivery with signature confirmation and "ad valorem" (declared value) insurance, this option is available on the website for an additional fee (usually 1% of the pre-tax value).

Breakdown of shipping costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and transport. They include a fixed fee and a variable fee depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order to minimize these costs.

Protection and responsibility

Your parcel is shipped with careful packaging designed to effectively protect your bumpers. However, no packaging is completely immune to rough handling (rough drops, crushing, etc.).

In case of a problem at reception:

  • Report any damage to the delivery driver immediately on the delivery slip.
  • Take photos of the package in the presence of the delivery person
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

These precautions are essential to assert your rights with the carrier.
