THE ORDER
SPECIAL ORDERS
Any order requiring "express delivery" or "custom-made" is subject to a surcharge.
SINGLE ITEM SALES
In the exceptional case of selling a front or rear bumper "alone", it is charged at 60 or 65% of the price of a front + rear set.
PRICES AND RATES
Our product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding any shipping costs. Regardless of the country of origin, all orders are payable in euros. Classic PC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
VAT FRANCE
Prices are displayed including 20% VAT for French customers.
VAT EUROPEAN UNION
Foreign customers from the European Union have been required since July 1, 2021 to comply with the VAT rate in force in their country, which may have an influence on the VAT-inclusive price of the displayed product.
CUSTOM-MADE MANUFACTURING
All custom or made-to-order products are final and recorded upon receipt of the signed order form accompanied by a deposit or security deposit. Custom-made products based on plans may incur an additional charge.
Quotes and pro forma invoices are valid for 30 days; after this period, prices are subject to change.
PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP
RETENTION OF TITLE
The products remain the property of Classic PC until full payment of the sales price including VAT at 20% has been received.
ANTI-FRAUD CONTROL
Additional information: In order to participate in the fight against online payment fraud and to help protect all consumers, Classic PC verifies the reliability of the information entered when registering an order.
Therefore, our Customer Service may, in some cases, ask you for additional information (such as: copy of identity document, SIRET number, intra-community VAT number...) in order to validate your purchase and thus be able to ship your order.
RIGHT OF REPOSSESSION
In the event of total or partial non-payment, Classic PC will be authorized to carry out or have carried out the repossession of the goods pursuant to an order issued by the President of the Summary Proceedings of the Commercial Court of its registered office.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Classic PC reserves the right to cancel any order until full payment for the product price and shipping costs has been received.
GUARANTEE
LEGAL GUARANTEE
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee stipulated in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. This guarantee covers only the replacement of the defective product and applies within the framework of our C.G.VIt will only be carried out after assessment by our services.
PRODUCT ADAPTATION
A new product cannot be considered defective or non-compliant if it does not fit your car perfectly, given the context in which these vehicles were originally produced (hand-assembled with significant assembly margins) or were repaired (with hand-shaped spare parts, or remanufactured afterward).
Any expense related to the adaptation and/or installation of bumpers cannot under any circumstances be passed on to Classic PC SAS.
NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS
The bumpers sold by Classic PC are reproductions (adaptable). Under no circumstances should they be considered original parts, and minor differences from original parts may exist.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Any mistreatment, modification or damage caused accidentally or intentionally, any incorrect installation and any cleaning or maintenance carried out with unsuitable products are the sole responsibility of the buyer and render the warranty void.
RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE
Classic PC recommends for maintenance: Meguiars Metal Polish (used sparingly).
SCREWS INCLUDED
The hardware supplied with the bumpers includes assembly and mounting hardware. Classic PC makes every effort to provide a complete set that matches your car, but cannot be held responsible for any assembly errors due to the use of unsuitable hardware. We advise you to carefully check the size and arrangement of the nuts and bolts before final assembly and tightening.
RUST-RESISTANT GUARANTEE
The exclusive lifetime rust warranty offered by the factory, upon presentation of the invoice, is granted only to the first purchaser and cannot be transferred.
DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
DELIVERY COSTS
The prices shown do not include shipping/delivery costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and specified on the order form. Shipping prices shown on the website are valid for deliveries within France only.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
No shipments will be sent cash on delivery. Shipping will only occur after full payment of the order. Orders from abroad may be subject to an additional shipping insurance charge to cover theft, loss, or damage.
DELIVERY TIMES
Availability and delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on the factory's production capacity. Please contact us directly by email or phone and allow us time to properly prepare your order. Hand finishing takes time. Orders are processed in the order they are received, so the time required to prepare and package your bumpers may vary.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our bumpers are unique, hand-finished products, produced in small batches. Not every product is available at all times! Under no circumstances will a delivery delay beyond Classic PC's control give rise to compensation, damages, or contract cancellation.
RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION
It is the buyer's responsibility to carry out all standard checks upon delivery and to inform the seller, Classic PC, of any defects or damage within 24 hours, and also to report it to the carrier. If a package is severely damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse it. They must not sign the delivery slip for a damaged package without clearly stating their reservations (anomaly, punctured packaging, damaged product).
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase will be subject to a new delivery subject to payment of new shipping costs.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Classic PC informs its customers that the right of withdrawal as provided by law does not obligate it to accept the return of damaged, modified, or used products. Return requests must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Classic PC asks its customers to respect these products by following these formalities: namely, carefully repackage the returned product in its undamaged original packaging, accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice. Failure to comply with this instruction may affect the refund.
REFUND TERMS
In the event of a return of an undamaged product, Classic PC undertakes to refund the full amount paid, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer. For custom-made products, this refund is limited to 70%.
DEADLINE
No exchanges or full or partial refunds will be issued after 45 days from the date of receipt of the product. It is therefore recommended to inspect the products and perform a test assembly within the aforementioned timeframe.
