Description
An “Eco” set of bumpers in 304 stainless steel, mirror polished, for the Renault Dauphine (1956-1967): three-piece front and rear, with two overriders.
Known as the Corvette during development, the 4CV’s successor had to change its name because Chevrolet had already taken it, and so it became the Dauphine, with the 4CV cast as the queen. Over two million were built, with a meteoric success in the United States at the end of the 1950s, and it was even assembled under licence by Alfa Romeo in Italy and by Willys in Brazil. In competition, it won the first Tour de Corse in 1956, then the 1958 Monte Carlo Rally.
On this Eco version, the front centre section is a single piece instead of the original 3; it also has dummy bolt covers.

Manufacturing and finish
304 stainless steel blades, mirror polished and formed from the original bumpers. Lifetime guarantee against corrosion.
All our bumpers are trial-fitted, then given an exclusive hand finish in our Dordogne workshop.
The result is unrivalled quality. Before dispatch, each one is dressed with a file so that no cutting marks or sharp edges remain, then smoothed with fine sandpaper.
This finish is unique to our products: it is our signature and our commitment to quality.
Fitting
Fits on the original mounting points, in place of the original bumpers.
