Gilbern GT 1800 (1959–1967).

The first car from the Welsh marque Gilbern, the GT is a two-door 2+2 coupé that appeared in 1959. The marque's name combines the first names of its founders, Giles Smith and Bernard Friese. Initially offered with a 948 cc BMC A-Series or a 1,098 cc Coventry Climax engine, it later received the 1,500 or 1,600 cc MGA engines, then the 1,800 cc unit from the MGB, at which point it took the name GT1800.
