De Tomaso Pantera (1971–1991) Stainless Steel Bumpers - Complete Kit

Complete kit of new 304 stainless steel bumpers, mirror polished, for the De Tomaso Pantera: an exact reproduction of the first European version, in four sections.

Styled by the American Tom Tjaarda at Ghia, the Pantera combined a steel monocoque with a mid-mounted Ford 351 Cleveland V8, an Italian-American pairing sold in the United States through the Lincoln-Mercury network. Its name, Italian for panther, continued the marque's animal tradition after the Mangusta, the mongoose. Elvis Presley owned a yellow one: exasperated one morning by an engine that refused to start, he shot it, and the car, bullet holes included, is now on display at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles.

They are an exact copy of the factory European version and can be fitted in place of the original bumpers, the US-version bumpers or the later rubber ones.
