Custom-made bumpers: can’t find your model?
Your car isn't listed among our brands, or nobody makes its bumper any more? That is the most common situation with classic cars: short production runs, independent coachbuilders, original parts lost or rusted beyond re-chroming. We reproduce the bumper in 304 mirror-polished stainless steel, from your original part or from drawings.
What we can reproduce
- A complete bumper (front or rear blade, in one or several sections) from the original part, even bent or pitted: it serves as the shape template.
- A single blade to replace a missing element of an existing kit.
- The overriders, tips and brackets that go with it, when the model has them.
- A small series for a club or a restorer with several cars of the same model.
How it works
- You describe the car: make, model, year, front or rear, and you send us photos of the original bumper (or of the car if the part is missing) by WhatsApp or e-mail.
- We reply within 24 hours to tell you whether the reproduction is possible, what we need (original part, drawings, dimensions) and to give you a quote.
- Manufacture in 304 stainless steel, mirror polishing and hand finishing in our workshop in Beaumontois-en-Périgord, in the Dordogne, France.

Why stainless steel rather than re-chroming
Re-chroming is expensive, depends on the condition of the part you start from, and will pit again in the end. A 304 mirror-polished stainless steel bumper looks the same as the original chrome, never rusts and can be re-polished if scratched. We guarantee it for life against corrosion.
