Its aerodynamic shape gave it a drag coefficient of 0.30. It had a 764 cc transverse two-stroke twin and front-wheel drive. The earliest cars were all painted dark green: according to some sources, Saab had surplus paint left over from aircraft production. The 92B gained a much larger rear window and a boot with an opening lid.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNew stainless steel grille for the Saab 92 and 92B from 1949 to 1956.
